When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill,
When funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest if you must, but don’t you quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As every one of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure turns about,
When he might have won if he’d stuck it out.
Don’t give up, though the pace seems slow -
You may succeed with another blow.
Often the goal is nearer than
It seems to a faint and faltering man;
Often the struggler has given up
When he might have captured the victor’s cup,
And he learned too late, when the night slipped down,
How close he was to the golden crown.
Success is failure turned inside out -
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are -
It may be near when it seems afar;
So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit -
It’s when things seem worst that you mustn’t quit.

Benefits of Martial Arts for Women
Learning martial arts can improve ones physical and mental health. Feeling stronger mentally will give you the sense of security to be able to manage any dangerous situations that might occur.
It will build up your self confidence to handle any physical threatening circumstances. Throughout the training you will learn the movements and impacts on your body as well as the opponent or attacker. Knowing when to strike or hit and how to do it properly will give you the strength with your full body potential defending yourself.
It takes years to learn and master martial arts but the outcome is worth the sacrifice. You will feel better physically and mentally. Possible attackers may even think twice of approaching you. Learn martial arts for your own safety and protection.

CSCA Karate Camp was exciting and educational.
CSCA Karate Camp was exciting and educational.
The ten Campers experienced fun and exciting challenges and also worked on their teamwork and leadership skills.
Christopher, Josselyn, Erisz, Chase, Emma, Hannah, Michael Rahlyn, Sierra and Sean learned about Respect, Focus, Stranger Awareness, Nutrition and also made a Vision Board.
Each day the children were involved in a variety of activities, games, and arts craft projects all relate to Martial Arts.
At the end of the week of Camp the children performed a Dynamic Karate Demo for the parents.
Martial Arts Help children to make choices and practice actions to mastery. I am so thank full for this unforgettable experience; and looking forward to a new successful Karate Enrichment program at CSCA.
The fruit of the spirit is love, joy and peace. (Galatians 5:22)
Karate Benefit at UMAC (Broward)
Dear Monica and Mr. C. –
I wanted to take the time to express my appreciation for how much my children enjoy UMAC. My daughter, who started in November 2009, has done so well with your program and has gained so much self-confidence. She looks forward to every class and wants to put forth maximum effort every time she is there. Your Black Belt instructors are also a great asset to your teaching efforts and show both skill and patience when working with the younger students.
I also wanted to share with you that my son, who is diagnosed with ADHD, is also enjoying your program. It is a great testament to your instructors that he is able to focus when attending classes because they are fast-moving and inclusive. Again, the Black Belts (especially Charles and Austin) are able to keep him moving with the classes, without calling out his issues. His confidence is improving with every class as well.
Again, thank you for bringing all your energy and attention to your students. You and your staff have made the experience so enjoyable for both my very different children!
Best regards,
Laura Seiler Anstett

Star Wars Camp August 2010 ( Broward Camp)
# 10 is well deserved!
Not just that the kids had a lot of fun playing games, making craft, but at the same time they were educated about manner, respect and important values.
Monica and her staff are very friendly and very approachable. They are kind with the children.
Although my son has serious allergies i felt very comfortable leering him in their care.
My son Eriz, had a lot fun and wonderful time.
He felt like he's been going there for years and made a lot of new friends.
Thank you for that!!
Sincerely
Val.
